SUPPORT STUDENT SUCCESS

We work to ensure that every student at Blackstone Elementary has what they need to thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally. From literacy initiatives to enrichment opportunities, we aim to remove barriers and open doors to learning & equity for all students.

INVEST IN TEACHERS

We support the ongoing professional development of Blackstone’s dedicated teachers. By funding workshops, teacher wish lists, trainings, and other growth opportunities, we help educators gain resources, build their skills, and stay inspired, because when teachers thrive, students do too.

The 3rd annual pancake breakfast is in full swing this spring!

Blackstone students taking the MCAS exam start the day with pancakes served by FoBS volunteers. Good luck on the test!

Welcome back Courtney Sheppeck in her second year as principal!

Ms. Sheppeck brings 20 years of experience at the Murphy School in Dorchester, the last 10 of which were as the principal.

We all look forward to continuing to work closely with her in the year ahead!
